Worth the money
This is the first time I am trying RS Athletics protein. It has a great taste and mixes well with 6 to 7 oz of water to give a shake thickness. It also gives good amount of protein.

Great taste!
This protein had a very awesome taste. I use 16 ounces of water and 1 cup of 2% milk. The only issue I have is that the container of protein was only half filled. I know from ordering and purchasing many different types of proteins over numerous years that the supplement industry is notorious for this kind of thing but I feel this particular jug of protein was even less than the normal fill which unfortunately is never full. And yes I know this is done for “keeping it fresh” load of crap. But still GREAT TASTE!

Iso-M7 is derived from 100% whey protein isolate and sourced from grass-fed cows that are antibiotic and hormone free. This ensures that you’re getting the purest protein blend possible with minimal carbs/fat, easy mixability and that is light and easy on the stomach as well.

It is also naturally sweetened using stevia and monkfruit which is not as cheap as artificial alternatives like sucralose or aspartame.

How many scoops should I consume per day?

There are no set guidelines for whey protein intake as it is a natural component of dairy and moreso a “convenient food product” as opposed to a “supplement”.

It ultimately comes down to personal preference, though anecdotally most people typically consume anywhere from 1-3 scoops per day depending on their needs.

When is the best time to consume it?

There is technically no “best” time to consume whey protein from a muscle building perspective, so this just depends on your individual preference.
