Ingredient quantities based on 1 serving of Tru REM, approx one 5g scoop:

Sensoril® Ashwagandha

125mg

Patented ashwagandha extract specifically selected for sleep support. Calms the nervous system by interacting with GABA receptors and lowering cortisol. You fall asleep easier and stay in deeper sleep longer.

L-Glycine

3g

Amino acid that lowers core body temperature to improve sleep quality. Also has sedative effects through NMDA receptor activity and reduces next-day fatigue even when sleep is cut short.

Melatonin

0.5mg

Way better than OTC sleep aid

This stuff contributes to the best 8 hours of sleep I've ever had every single night consistently, and I haven't had to rely on an alarm to wake me up in months.

    Delicious and Effective!

This is pretty amazing for getting proper rest. I love that Sean only uses the minimum amount of melotonin necessary to improve sleep. Not a fan of supplements that overload on melotonin. Also it tastes really good and it's very relaxing.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I use Tru REM every night?

There are no safety concerns associated with nightly use, however, you will likely build up tolerance to the ingredients if consuming it that often and see decreased benefits.

We recommend using Tru REM ideally no more than 3 days per week on the nights when maximizing sleep quality is most important to you.

Will I become reliant on Tru REM in order to sleep?

Tru REM is non-habit forming and you will not see a decrease in sleep quality below your natural baseline if you stop consuming it.

Are there any side effects?

There should be no concern for side effects in otherwise healthy individuals.

Tru REM was carefully formulated using natural ingredients that have been shown to be both safe and effective when utilized at the included doses.

We also made sure to not mega-dose our melatonin like many other companies do, and instead opted for a lower research supported amount of 0.5mg to minimize the chances for morning drowsiness.

Should I mix it with warm or cold water?

This comes down to personal preference, though most users prefer to mix it with warm water and consuem Tru REM as a pre-bedtime tea beverage.

Why is there only 0.5mg melatonin?

Although many supplements contain melatonin in much higher doses, the original research on this compound found that just 0.3mg was the optimal dose for most individuals. [32]

Melatonin is not a dose dependent supplement (taking more will not necessarily help you fall asleep faster) but higher amounts can increase feelings of drowsiness in the morning.

There will be some individual variation however, and if you would like to experiment with a slightly higher dose, we recommend adding an extra 0.5-2.5mg of melatonin along with your serving of Tru REM™.

Is Tru REM gluten-free? Vegetarian? Vegan?

Yes, yes and yes!
